Job Summary:
Supervise tire sales activities to meet sales volume requirements and franchise product positioning.
Responsibilities:
1. Study and evaluate market potential, competitor's SWOT, prepare and propose the strategy to the Management for effective brand positioning and generating volume sales while upholding the Brand image.
2. Visit the assigned industrial/marine/commercial/ministry customers to support sales activities.
3. Coordinate and closely follow up with the sales in all 6 counters, ensuring operational control within the branches.
4. Assist Sr. Manager, Tire Sales in preparing Quarterly Sales Promotion schemes based on achieved monthly sales targets.
5. Prepare and propose monthly item wise orders and monitor inventory according to the market requirements.
6. Organize Product Performance trials on regular basis with an objective to position specific products in the Commercial & Industrial segment.
7. Update Sr. Manager, Tire Sales in writing on competitor's activities on pricing, market intelligence for existing and new products.
8. Plan and provide On the Job and theoretical training to assigned field staff of the Tire division and develop them as Techno-commercial competent team.
9. Submit and follow up on quotations, monitor payment collections, prepare production orders to ensure adequate availability to meet garage and market requirements.
10. Develop tire business with a special focus on specialties.
11. Provide assistance to Sr. Manager, Tire Sales with planning business expansion.
12. Initiate action plans to protect and improve the image of products of MNSS and franchises (Yokohama, etc).
13. Submit self and Field Staff Activity Report to Sr. Manager, Tire Sales on a daily/weekly/fortnightly basis on the general market situation, problems faced and solutions provided, and other relevant information.
14. Provide assistance to Sr. Manager, Tire Sales with launching and brand positioning of other tire businesses acquired from time to time.
