The Role:
Our Senior baristas provide customers with freshly made specialty beverages and food items in a fast- paced retail environment. Exceptional customer service and the ability to work quickly and accurately are key to this role.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Capable of ongoing training for our junior baristas
- Training the team to ensure machines and coffee is delivered to the ROSO standard while problem solving equipment issues on site.
- Work within a professional cross- functional team
- Create the welcoming environment that is essential
- Target customers engagement to grow the ROSO brand
- Produce the perfect cup every time by following strict recipes
- Be flexible with work scheduling
Ability to work in multiple sections within the café
