1.Responsible for the execution of projects, including overall planning within the specification parameters,
meeting time schedules.
2.Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and
operatives;
3 Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;
4 Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;
5 Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client/architect;

Liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general
workforce involved in the project;

Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending
regular meetings to keep them informed of progress;

Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the
work of any subcontractors;
9 Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines;
10 Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site;.

Responsible for all on-site duties relating to measurement, structure dimension, and evaluation to
support project activities in line with the master plan schedule.

Conduct field surveys, control points establishment, field data processing, setting out and production of
survey drawings.

Develop work plans, method and procedures to perform surveying tasks. Collect and analyze field data;
perform complex survey and engineering computation.

Accurately establish and transfer control networks both horizontal and vertical. This includes “vertical
plumbing” for control transfer between floors on multi storey buildings..
15 Produce clear accurate “As Built” surveys of a standard that can be issued to other contractors.

Develop project management plan, project schedule, estimate activity resources and estimate activity
duration.

Direct and manage project execution to ensure all installation works are completed as per the relevant
specification, contract requirement,

Monitor and control project works by gathering work performance data, analyze and review all
information. Using different technique such as inspection, variance and earn value management,
recommends necessary preventive or corrective actions.

Reviews and monitors project progress to assure quality and adherence to requirements of contract
