Responsibilities:
- To review the project plans, project scope and adjust required changes in it when needed
- Study various documents related to the project to help suggest techniques to improve the working and functionality of IT
- Responsible for project scope, schedule, and cost control
- Monitor Project Progress and Set Deadlines
- Ensure successful and timely installations
- Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans
- Monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary
- Applying change control and configuration management processes
- Reporting through agreed lines on project progress through highlight reports and end-stage assessments
- Develop personnel policies and procedures
- Improve cost control by eliminating needless expenses
- Recruit and train installation team
