Reporting Line - Chief Operating Officer
Responsibilities:
- Manage Kuwait P&L, forecasts, and cash flow
- Set up the financial controls for payments, refunds, returns, and any other potential financial activities
- Manage all data analytics, marketing, and sales targets with a local team.
- Set up a dedicated FT customer support team that will support customer requests, follow up with customers, call customer leads, etc.
- Manage all existing and future tech developments and support between the co and FL tech teams to satisfy business needs
- Manage product inventory at the co. warehouses (pharmacies)
- Handle all admin and miscellaneous local activities like printing and distributing bags, printouts, etc.
- Sign with and onboard more local dermatologists
