Job Description:
- Managing Microsoft windows environment & cloud bases email solutions
- Managing Cisco IP Telephony (VoIP)
- Managing Cisco Networking, Security Infrastructure & site-to-site VPN Managing Company’s domain names & websites
Duties:
- Monitoring the performance and functionality of production servers and their applications
- Monitoring memory & processor utilization, server availability, disk space
- Monitoring Emails functionality and Network operations
- Monitoring Cisco VoIP services and availability
- Monitoring websites functionality and stability
- Monitoring Antispam, Antivirus and Firewall logs
- Monitoring and NT/Exchange and Resource Kit Utilities.
- Administrating group of companies’ domain names & corporate websites NT System
- Administration and troubleshooting using Server
- Manager Providing IT solution as per the company requirements
- Managing audit records day to day, SLA monitoring and reporting to HR.
- Managing company’s mobile usage and billing statements
- Coordinating with local ISP and mobile companies
- Decision making at Management level Coordinating with IT services implementations
- End user technical support for IT equipment’s
- Managing office scanner & printers Time & Attendance server & HR solution
- DVR & NVR monitoring
Skills/ Experience:
- Documenting best practices for software configuration, permission policy
- Punctual, efficient and highly dependable.
- Maintaining existing applications, to include troubleshooting and fixing problems
- Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
- Enhanced experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), firewall and patch management
- Good Experience in Securing Network from HACKERS, Viruses, SPAM Attacks, Worm, Trojan, Spyware etc. and data backup/recovery
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication & project management skills.
