1. Overall Responsibility for DAY TO DAY operations
2. Assist with the development of catering service levels and specifications for each of the hospitality & cleaning products in line with the concept of operations.
3. Assist with the research and analysis of the local and international markets.
4. Lead the hiring process and selection of candidates for designated venues in line with the personnel structure and recruitment plan.
5. Evaluate, monitor, and assist where necessary with the development of the Catering & hospitality Service Providers.
6. Direct, monitor, and review the venue teams to ensure that they complete their allocated tasks as part of the overall achievement of the business plan,
7. Monitor and manage designated set budgets to ensure that the designated Service Providers and other suppliers deliver scope within the pre-agreed budget.
8. Supervise and evaluate staff
9. Ensure supplies and equipment are adequate in quantity and quality
10. Handle customer complaints when necessary
11. Assist in pricing products or services
12. Assume responsibility of budgeting and monitoring expenses
13. Enforce adherence to regulations and quality standards
14. Ensure all records are kept properly and consistently
15. Review and prepare reports for senior management
16. Interview with clients and maintain a good relationship for any potential business
17. Ensure that all HSE Issues is recorded up to the Standard
18. Motivate the Staff Labors & Seniors to encourage them to more performance
19. Revise P & L and Forecasting
Design the Annual Budget as per each contract
