- Responsible for renewing and extracting all commercial and industrial licenses for the company
- Completing the transactions/documents related to the General Traffic Department
- Completing private transactions (trade, industry, foreign affairs, health, civil information, etc.)
- Completion of municipal, firefighting and customs transactions
- Familiar with all government letters of all kinds in all state departments
- Responsible for private internal correspondences
- Writing letters, and all work related papers, and licenses

انجاز المعاملات الخاصة بالبلدية والاطفاء والجمارك
على دراية بجميع الكتب الحكومية بمختلف أنواعها في جميع أقسام الدولة
مسؤول عن المراسلات الداخلية الخاصة بها
كتابة الخطابات كل ما يخص العمل من اوراق وتراخيص
