- Oversee and manage the delivery function for all branches
- Forecast delivery volumes, by analyzing historical deliveries and budgets, to plan team size and staffing schedules for branches
- Ensure timely delivery by effective scheduling and optimizing delivery routes
- Ensure proper handling of food during the delivery process to maintain high hygiene standards
- Develop best practices in delivery services
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and vehicles used in the delivery function.
- Record and provide customer feedback to relevant managers at the concept.
- Plan, hire, train, oversee and manage the members of staff
- Process customer complaints patiently
Adhere to food, health, and safety standards
Maintain a good relationship with all delivery portals.
