The responsibility includes:
- Develop, organize and supervise programs for the students and ensure all materials are available.
- Ensure proper maintenance and safety for all facilities that are open for activities.
- Prepare and administer the budget to fund for the activities of the school.
- Prepare schedule for all the activity coordinator/ teachers in alignment with the Branch Manager.
- Responsible for the distribution, collection and storage of uniforms and equipment’s required for the activity.
- Ensure health and safety of all students enrolled in the program
-Support school and management as and when required
Working Hours - 1PM - 8PM
