We are looking for Customer Service Team leader with at least 3 years experience in customer service & customer service software, ticketing system etc..
- Supervise the daily activities of the Customer Experience Team including answering customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and building the customer database.
- Monitor and observe the Customer Experience Team’s demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to company's policies.
- Act as a source of information and answer Customer Experience Team’s questions and give instructions and guidance, as necessary
- Monitor the responses to customer inquiries regarding company's products and services to ensure that all information is relayed to customers effectively and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a database of received and outgoing calls’ records in the system for quality assurance purposes.
- Ensure that the Customer Experience filing system is updated with all customer’s complaints on timely basis to ensure a fast retrieval of information as and when required.
- Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
- Provide specialized trainings to all new/ current agents on how to use the system, how to communicate with customers or other trainings as required.
- Delegate responsibilities and assign tasks to subordinates to facilitate performing different tasks and work-related activities.
