- Answering calls of customers in a professional manner and responding efficiently and accurately.
- Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying their orders and delivery address, as needed.
- Building lasting relationships with customers and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
- Provide customers with a fast , efficient and professional problem resolution service.
- Creating ticket complaints.
- Making item recommendations for products or services.
- Updating customer profile or account information in the system.
- Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that customer's problems are efficiently, professionally and timely resolved.
- Provide customers with a fast, efficient and professional problem resolution service.
- Tracks the progress of all problems, appraising customers of their status and escalating where appropriate.
- To process any additional assignment given by the management.
