  • Creating ticket complaints.
  • Making item recommendations for products or services.
  • Updating customer profile or account information in the system.
  • Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that customer's problems are efficiently, professionally and timely resolved.
  • Provide customers with a fast, efficient and professional problem resolution service.
  • Tracks the progress of all problems, appraising customers of their status and escalating where appropriate.
  • To process any additional assignment given by the management.
