Responsibilities:
- Dispatching drivers to different orders on a daily basis.
- Handling any delays/cancellations/changes in the schedules.
- Ensuring that Transportation SOPs are up to date and followed.
- In charge of service and maintenance of all vehicles, in a routine manner.
- Responsible for handling all vehicle insurance documents, claims and renewals, and coordinating with the concerned department.
- Accountable to maintain, track & renew all vehicles & drivers licenses.
- Responsible for continuous tracking of vehicle’s movement and routes.
- In charge of all admin related reports such as, but not related to, attendance. And submitting them to the concerned department in a timely fashion.
