- Collection & updating of product details in system/excel.
- Creation, amendments of Purchase orders on daily basis.
- Verification and updating of open purchase orders on monthly basis.
- Provide ETA (Arrival /GIT) details to the Sales & marketing team on weekly/need basis
- Conduct weekly stock audit at warehouse
- Follow up on loading/unloading of the shipments.
- Follow up for clearance status for shipments for expediting clearance (health & Customs)
- Invoice variations to be corrected in PO.
- Stock aging report on fortnightly basis.
- Communicate to internal team on near expiry stocks to expedite sales.
- Communicate high cover articles for activations/ promotions/liquidations.
