- Supervising or performing the loading and unloading of materials from logistics providers to the designated areas in the building
- Inspecting the incoming and outgoing material in terms of quantity and quality
- Rotates stock and arranges for disposal of surpluses.
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
- Managing the data entry of movement of all goods and materials, including editing stock orders if applicable
- Issuance of all Inventory Documents: MIV,MRV, Invoicing and Delivery note
- Link the cost of materials in collaboration with Procurement for Asset life cycle costing
- Setting up and operating the relevant equipment if required
- Collaborating with existing service providers and internal department members in terms of effective utilization of the storeroom and loading/unloading areas
- Maintaining the storeroom(s) in terms of health and safety procedures, cleanliness and other compliance requirements
- Maintaining service records and inspecting the relevant checklists of soft services providers
