Position in the Organization
1. Member of the Operations team.
2. Liaison with relevant stakeholders which include (but are not limited to) professional bodies, other professional regulators, and government agencies.
3. Manages, leads, and provides support to the management and employees.
4. Liaises with employees at all levels within the organization.
Major Responsibilities
1. Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
2. Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
3. Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
4. Hire, train, and oversee new staff.
5. Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
6. Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
7. Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
8. Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
9. Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
10. Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
11. Additional store manager duties as needed.
