As such we are looking for a SAP Production Planning & Quality Management Business Analyst to join the IT Department.
The SAP Production Planning & Quality Management Business Analyst duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Manage Customer Satisfaction
- Expert knowledge and custodian of specific SAP module(s)
- High-level specification of technical enhancements or new developments.
- Maintenance and development requests (exploration, business case, approval process, planning, design, configuration, testing and implementation)
- Communication of change to users
- Adherence to standards
- Continuous Improvement drive and efficiency of Support
- Continuous exposure and participation in new technology introduction
