The sales executive is responsible for sales of lubricants to trade and co-ops customers, thus achieving the set business plan goals and sales targets, and ensuring timely and high quality information flow between customers and the company.
- Achieving monthly sales and gross profit target
- Assessing customer requirements, marketing our current products and identifying new product & selling opportunities
- Handling of enquiries and quotations
- Collecting outstanding amounts from customers in case of credit sales
- Developing and maintaining customer database
- Adding new customers in the assigned territories to his portfolio
- Updating account loss report
- Visiting customers regularly to advise them of new products
- Monitoring and reporting the market information and competitor activities
- Handling sales promotions and securing additional business
- Communicating effectively with customers, agents and the team
