Purpose:
Sales executive is responsible for identifying, meeting and managing new customer for GoCity as well as manage existing customers. He will be physically visiting various location/offices/commercial establishments to meet with customers for GoCity’s pooling services, charter services and on-demand services. Recording and reporting the sales and leads pipeline in the official CRM platforms.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Proactively identify customers and customer segments/markets across Kuwait, for GoCity’s vehicle pooling services, charter services and on-demand services
- Physically meet with above customers across their working locations, offices and other commercial establishments across Kuwait such as Malls, Residential Localities, Restaurants, etc
- Proactively communicate with customers on the offers and services of GoCity
- Register customer requirements as required by the operations team
- Communicate with backend operations team, to enroll customers as per their service requirements
- Proactively coordinate with Customer Support team for ensuring customers are receiving their
- Daily recording of customer meeting details, customer contact coordinates and lead pipeline in the official CRM platform
- Distribute marketing material to customers (e.g. flyers, coupons etc)
- Proactively suggest and recommend ideas to identify and win new customers, as well as manage existing customers efficiently
