Your Role:
To provide the best shopping experience to each and every customer through Outstanding Customer Service. To ensure that every person visiting the shop leaves happy and smiling always with a positive feeling to return to the shop.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY:
Customer Service Management:
- Maintain a customer-focused approach to deliver GAME Service Excellence and display salesmanship spirit,
- Ensure proper aftersales services and customers receive their products on time and in good quality.
- Manage customer complaints and grievances in a professional way,
- Ensure the development, implementation, and execution of company CRM initiatives by providing action plans to the team.
- Capture meaningful customer data for the purpose of building relationships to personalize future client development opportunities. Monitor monthly CRM database reporting.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are as per company guidelines.
Financial Management:
- Monitoring and achieving monthly targets as set by the store manager,
- Managing the Key performance indicators for stores like conversion, ATV & UPT.
Stock Management:
- Maintaining an efficient level of stock in-store and ensuring the store is fully stocked and the replenishment procedures are being carried out on a daily basis.
People Management
- Develop positive relationships with the team by understanding each of them and aligned for better teamwork.
