Receive all incoming calls and visitors, direct them to appropriate staff and provide clerical and administrative support for the centre.
· Greet all incoming customers and direct them to the relevant section/ department.
· Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, taking notes if required and forward calls to appropriate staff or department.
· Ensure the front desk and reception area is kept clean and tidy at all times.
· Raising any visible threats / safety concerns with supervisor / security immediately.
· Take accurate minutes of meetings.
· Take and deliver written messages when appropriate staff is unavailable
· Delivering exceptional customer service to all clients.
Perform other clerical duties, photocopying and collating.
