- Schedule, route, maintain and truck transport vehicles.
- Capacity planning for daily plan & peaks.
- Lead and engage in process improvement.
- Develop strategy for decreasing vehicle cost and create the most efficient routes.
- Create loading plan on daily basis and ensure proper communication to stakeholders and lead dispatch.
- Create reports of driver productivity & routes effectiveness.
- Ensure fleet availability to meet all request by scheduling, forecasting and surveying current user trends.
- Plan, execute and monitor annual, monthly and daily budget, expenditure and analyze all financial objectives.
- Monitoring the fleet of vehicles ensuring on time delivery
- Lead corrective actions and capacity building to manage the entire fleet to achieve company objective.
- Assisting in recruitment of quality drivers into fleet.
- Providing Support drivers during campaigns if it requires.
- Managing drivers so they adhere to strict schedules.
- Monitoring drivers’ behavior and ensuring a high level of customer service
- Supervising warehouse staff on daily activities.
- Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity.
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
- Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
- Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
- Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
