1. Collecting daily, weekly or monthly timesheets
2. Calculating bonuses and allowances
3. Preparing employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll
4. Schedule bank payments or hand out paychecks directly to employees
5. Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper)
6. Report on payroll expenses
7. Enter new employees’ data into internal databases
8. Preparing final settlements as per Kuwait labor law
9. Preparing payslips for employees
10. Coordinate with HR & Admin for deduction
11. Maintain records for payroll filing
12. Maintain indemnity and vacation provision
13. Follow up with Finance for any payroll related matter
14. Assist in calculation and maintaining of all leave entitlement data.
