Planning Marketing Strategy


  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. 
  • Develop and implement a strategic integrated marketing communications plan and correlation expenditure budgets annually. 
  • Plan, strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market, resonating target markets. 
  • Regularly define and identify most effective communication channels to promote existing brands. 
  • Develop advertising opportunities (special printed media, radio, other) 
  • Plan quarterly promotional calendar with outlet managers generating ideas for new offerings. 


Creating marketing content

  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support. 
  • Design and develop marketing material (photo and video shooting, collaterals, social media, WhatsApp, and direct marketing emails). 
  • Manage digital marketing and social media activity across the various social media platforms including the development of content and analysis of reach and conversion. 
  • Source for and promote events that will drive traffic to the F&B outlets and grow revenue. 
  • Serve as champion for digital, CRM and engagement for communications, decision support and business leads. 
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification. 


Brand Management Awareness

  • Brand’s image maintenance to efficiently and effectively support the organization’s core branding presence. 
  • Setting the Brand strategy, including the creation, continuous and consistent review & development of brand manuals, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term. 
  • Work closely with graphic designer and review all aspects of the design & production to ensure adherence to the brand guidelines. 
  • Coordinate and manage media/public interest to generate coverage and maintain awareness of the branded outlets. 
  • Handle and coordinate all media request, media releases, inquiries and presentations-hosting media, influencers, bloggers, and VIPs to drive quality media and impactful word of mouth. 


Data, Metrics and Analysis

  • Keep current with marketing trends, competitive analysis, new communication techniques and digital platform, to explore and recommend creative ways to reaching out to target audience groups. 
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information. 
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure all relevant internal departments and regional office are kept informed of marketing objectives. 


Customer Engagement

  • Build and maintain customer database and engage through regular customer communiqués as in newsletters, loyalty programs 
  • Support operations team in managing guest experience on site, be visible and be part of the face and the host of the outlets 
  • Respond to media or customer queries and complaints and host special events in conjunction with management to promote the outlets. 
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads. 
  • Research and determine menu weaknesses and areas to be modified, thus Building brand awareness, and increasing brand value and profitability. 
  • Work with R&D team to set menu skeletons and identify menu directions based on market research and customer trends. 


Team Management

  • Supervise, review and manager the team's performance on a continuous basis while resolving issues and ensuring the seizing of potential cost/revenue opportunities. 


Reporting

  • Evaluate and prepare monthly reports, measuring and reporting on marketing campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI. 
  • Submit Weekly Social Media Reports  
  • Comprehensive Market analysis presentations
