Job Summary:
As a cost controller, you are primarily responsible for purchases, calculating costs of food and beverage items and responsible for the short and long-term planning of the F&B controlling and pricing aspects. Additionally, responsible to record information and produce control reports periodically to help maintain a suitable inventory of food and beverage items for the entire company.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct purchases as per company procedures.
- Negotiate prices with suppliers and third parties.
- Manage the central storeroom (control ins and outs of stock).
- Performs data entry of all purchasing invoices and delivery notes into the system.
- Generates weekly reports about major KPIs.
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree Science, Economics or another related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in cost controlling in F&B or food production industry.
