- Handling vibration meters
- Record keeping of all rotating equipment conditions
- Health diagnosis of rotary equipment by observing sound, heat, and vibration
- Creating new Preventive inspection schedules of rotary equipment
- Prioritation and attending the faults of the equipment
- Knowledge in the coupling alignment
- Knowledge in the lubrication
- Preparing lubrication schedule , replenishing the lubricant levels, and maintaining history & records
- Reporting the abnormalities to the supervisors on daily basis
- Housekeeping in and around rotary equipment
- Maintaining mechanical seals and gland seals properly
- Knowledge of different types of mechanical seals
- Knowledge about different types of coupling bushes
- Possess good safety standards to obtain permits and attending equipment in a safe way
- Good knowledge about different agitators and its maintenance
