Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Directs the processing and entering of employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, attendance, performance reviews or evaluations, and termination date and reason.

Directs the compilation of data from personnel records and preparation of reports.

Updates employee files to document personnel actions and to provide information for payroll and other purposes.

Receives the monthly attendance of employees and recording the leaves.

Prepares the monthly payroll based on the attendance sheets received from different departments.

Execute and handle all the government formalities in coordination with the company PRO In additional to supervise all the Administrations requirements.

Identify, negotiate and sign deals with reputed recruitment agencies, maintain Resume bank, seeking and posting in the social media and variance sites to recruit the suitable and potential candidates.

Conduct periodical job evaluation and performance appraisals in accordance with company policy.
