- Responsible for collection of SIV’s, issue summaries on daily basis.
- Stores Follow case by Case.
- Assist in Preparation of Purchase order on daily basis.
- Obtaining Approvals from concerned dept. Heads on deviation from SOP as needed.
- Follow up on Stores requests on daily basis.
- Maintain Optimum stock levels of spare parts.
- Check for the item codes being used on daily basis.
- Alert the Inventory Controller on stock levels as required.
- Assist in Stock taking and reconciling perpetual,
- Monthly, Quarterly, Annual.
- Recording of Stock movements in Oracle on daily basis.
- Basic Stores Control to be exercised.
- Material Issue – Proper materials are requested for the nature of job mentioned in the job card.
- Quantity Request level – The quantity issued against the JOB card are in commensurate with the requirements unless otherwise there is a quantity constraint in issue as to package size.
- Information’s in Stores issue Voucher – All the information’s are furnished in the SIV’s so as to make a cost analysis of the issue as in JTC ‘s case Millage, Fleet no etc. are maintained.
- Documents control – Maintain file copy of SIV’s and a movement register of Inventory and a daily issue log.
