- To be an integral part of Quality Assurance team, to establish Integrated Management Systems in line with ISO standards and good business practices.
To monitor the implementation of established document control framework to manage documents, records, forms, and work instructions in line with standards and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- To ensure Quality, Health Safety & Environmental Policies, Manuals and Procedures in place within HOTECC, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements.
- To prepare project quality plan (PQP), inspection and test plans, method statements for the upcoming/ tendering projects as per the tendering department requirements.
- To coordinate and support quality audit programs including Internal and external IMS audits
- To evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- To investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
- To collect, compile and analyze statistical data to identify areas for improvement.
- To report quality performance metrics and trends to the management team, including major issues which could affect business performance.
- To Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
- To Identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality and standards that are followed across the organization.
- To develop and co-ordinate the performance excellence/performance improvement plan.
- To provide management with QA status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key responsibilities and objectives.
- To liaison with HR, Finance, IT, Operations etc. and other members of the organization as part of developing procedures and QA standards.
Authority:
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
- To prepare and finalize Integrated management system procedures, forms / formats etc.,
- To issue observations and NCRs based on audit evidence.
- To advice the project and department for the implementation of integrated management systems
Accountability:
- Committed to follow the guidelines of Integrated Management Systems, for the effective monitoring.
- Ensure all the latest revised & relevant documents, forms / formats are available with the projects / departments.
(QHSE) Responsibilities:
- Fulfil the requirements of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 with related to risk management
- Plan and conduct internal audit with respect to quality, safety and environment management system
- Follow and maintain ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 requirements related to this position.
Internal / External Communications:
- All Divisions, Departments and Projects in line with the requirements of risk management and audit.
- External body for ISO certifications and surveillance of integrated management system.
- QHSE department in line with the requirements of risk management and IMS.
