- Get from the CSD, Production planning and prepare the production lines’ scheduling as per the capability & requirement
- Follow up daily on production KPI’s to meet the targets
- Prepare weekly schedule for the production teams
- Control excess finished goods to optimize production
- Check and ensure required materials are arranged by foreman daily on the shop floor for production
- People Management (Recruitment, training and development of production personnel)
- Maximize usage of SAP for daily operations and produce production reports for the management
- Assist Technical department in preparing procedures and work instructions for new product types.
- Assist technical department in settling all quality claims related to finished goods
- Analyze production data to optimize productivity
- To monitor all equipment, modification of machineries and coordinate with mechanical and electrical department in case of breakdown
