- Lead and manage a team of CS Manager, QA & Training Manager, Workforce Management.
- Responsible for the Operations lead of a team and for the delivery of the overall operational metrics & sales targets.
- Responsible for the development of the operational talent pool by optimizing the skills of the existing team, in partnership with our internal recruitment teams to attract the very best external talent, in line with the agreed framework, succession planning will be in place to ensure key roles are filled and individual talent is recognized

- Responsible for Business Continuity
- Plans and oversees strategic, operational, and administrative programs, projects, and/or services of broad significance to the organization within the designated functional area of focus.
- Provides strategic advice and recommendations to leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of new or modified operating policies, practices, and procedures within the specified functional area of focus.
- Analyzes, designs, documents, and implements internal reporting systems and procedures for the organization or business entity, within specified functional area of operation, as applicable to the specified functional area of focus.
- Oversee ongoing site platform development, strategizing, planning, implementation, and coordinating of future ecommerce initiatives.
- Frame and map opportunities based on historical results & current trends to maximize sales. Candidate must be adept in utilizing analytical tools to inform strategic decisions
- Manage all aspects of web analytics related to ecommerce and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership and cross-functional departments.
- Partner with retail and marketing, and teams to drive day-to-day execution of strategies, promotional tactics and campaigns.
- Effectively partner and build productive working relationships with direct report, peers, leadership, and other departments.
- Manage the career growth and development of CS Managers.
- Play a critical role in building management depth by providing guidance and mentorship to all levels of leadership within their organizational units.
- Coordinate the launches, and supervising all aspects from people, to facilities, infrastructures.
- Responsible of technical systems in a complex automated customer service center.
- Change, develop new processes as necessary to provide clear goals on customer experience improvement trend.
- Fully accountable for the results of the customer service center.
- Understanding and correctly utilizing resources provided by internal systems, departments, polices, and procedures.
- Developing and achieving performance goals and objectives with all stockholders, peers, 3rd parties in order to achieve customer promise expectations.
- Develop and drives strategies and programs which improve the competitive position and profitability of the organization.
