- To lead O&M team to ensure effective planning, scheduling and co-ordination of all Operation and maintenance activities of Oil field or Oil related industries to ensure optimum utilization, effectiveness and efficiency of all installed equipment and personnel to meet business needs.
- To ensure routine preventive maintenance to meet the contractual obligation and to maintain plant performance, availability & reliability.
- Excellent experience in Installation, Operation & Maintenance of control systems, motors and control gears including relay testing & coordination
- Capable to interact with the Client and manage engineers/ supervisors and a technical crew consists of 300 members under E&I categories.
- Well versed with troubleshooting, diagnoses, and recommends potential solutions for system errors and failures.
- Implement the company maintenance management system and ensure the activities are performed within the time schedule & budget
- To ensure that the maintenance team is trained on the most updated version of the O&M procedures
- To develop the maintenance procedures and work instructions for the maintenance team.
- Solid knowledge in HSE to accomplish maintenance schedules in conformity with the safety practices, rules, and regulations.
- Good knowledge in Cost Control, Contracts & subcontract Management
