· High Diploma degree in Computer / electronics or equivalent
· At least five years’ experience in hardware, software & network support & service
· If the applicant has University Degree in Computer/ Electronics Engineering or Computer Science or related area, the required years of experience should be at least three years.
· Microsoft Certified (MCSE).
· Must be able to repair PC/Notebook/Server hardware at component level.
· Proficient in most desktop software products.
· Good Knowledge/skills in IP Telephone.
· Should be dynamic and update his knowledge of hardware, software & network continuously through further reading and Contractor organized courses.
· Capable of analyzing and diagnosing hardware, software & network problems expeditiously.
