As an HR Executive / Coordinator, you will support the HR Department in all HR activities in accordance with the established policies and procedures. You will be involved in a variety of HR functions from recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, to talent management. 


Brief Job Description is provided below:



  1. Perform tasks required to administer and execute HR programs including but not limited to hiring, onboarding, payroll, benefits, attendance, disciplinary matters, appraisals, recognition, training and development.
  2. Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors; referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  3. Manage the administration for all disciplinary proceedings (investigations, documentation etc.)
  4. Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  5. Assist in conducting employee onboarding
  6. Provide support to employees on various matters such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise 
  7. Assist in the development and update of Job Descriptions and organization charts.
  8. Prepare HR reports and analysis as required.
  9. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  10. Provide employees with ID cards and business cards as per eligibility
  11. Process all personnel documentation such as leave forms, loan requests, overtime requests and approvals
  12. Raise Purchase Requests (PRs); coordinate with suppliers and process invoices for all items and services required for Office Administration and HR Department
  13. Coordinate with the relevant departments for employee separation or transfers including, documentation, exit clearance and visa transfer.
  14. Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  15. Monitor, recommend and implement changes in processes and procedures as required.
  16. Attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes as required.
  17. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
