As such, we are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Officer to join our People Team.
As a Compensation and Benefits Officer your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with Taiba policies and/or other regulations or laws
- Analyse review recommend and obtain approval for changes to compensation and benefits as per labour and state law
- Assist in job evaluations and annual merit processes as required
- In addition to Handle the cycle of Promotions, Annual Increments, Bonuses and incentives.
- Participate in market and salary surveys compiling data and comparing it accordingly
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection guidelines
- Respond to employee inquiries on compensation and benefit matters
- Initiate and coordinate with Supervisor for the yearly budget cycle in align with Finance and other departments.
- Communicate and coordinate with external providers
- Ensure the availability of Employees Job descriptions and create once required.
