Responsible to oversee the company’s online presence by responding to our customers on social media as well as reporting customer feedback and frequently asked questions.
- Responding to customer inquiries & comments on social media platforms in a timely manner
- Build relationships with the online community
- Monitor and provide feedback on engagement/conversation via social media channels
- Communicate with messaging that meets the brand’s communication style
- Stay up to date with the latest industry and digital trends.
- Monthly Listening reports
- Build defined FAQ’s and responses per brand
- Such other duties as may be determined by the Line Manager.
