1-Responsible for developing and preparing financial budget plans in accordance with Finance management and conformance with established procedures, regulations, and organizational objectives. 2- Prepare the budget forms, models and templates to be used by the departments in the budgeting process.
3-Manage the consolidation of the annual budget including capital expenditure, operating expenditure, and manpower planning budgets, along with effective implementation and compliance to the approved budget (tracking, variance analysis, reporting, etc.).
4-Monitor and review cost allocation for all projects and departments.
5-Compare and analyze plans and forecasts with actual results in order to determine the department’s financial status.
6- Recommend cost controlling techniques and prepare comparative analyses proposing changes in controlling methods and materials.
7- Implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures.
8- Evaluate receipts, expenditure forms and invoices to ensure compliance & cost control.
9- Maintain the records of the company’s budget for each financial year.
10- Examine budget estimates and proposals for completeness and accuracy.
11-Consolidate individual departmental budgets into operating and capital budget summaries.
12- Periodically monitor the budget by reviewing reports and accounting records to ensure expenditures are kept within the planned monthly budget.
13- Identify financial status by analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
14- Prepare reports on the variations and recommend program cuts or a reallocation of funds to avoid or alleviate deficits.
15- Examine and do the corrections in the budget estimates of the organization.
16- Maintain an accurate database by entering, verifying and backing up data.
17- Improve financial status by identifying trends in spending and implementing best practices that contribute to cost-effective accounting management control.
