Responsibilities
•Performs medical equipment installation, testing, calibration and repairing biomedical equipment.
•Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules, conducting tests and troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions.
•Directs clinic and healthcare staff by providing equipment operation demonstrations, instruct other healthcare staff how to use equipment and answers questions.
•Prepares biomedical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
•Maintains safe and healthy working environment by conducting safety tests, recommending and complying with procedures, training and guiding medical and healthcare personnel to comply with codes.
•Negotiate for special medical equipment service, evaluates service contracts and maintains equipment inventories at customer site.
•Pre and post-sales support for Health care solutions sales and service team.
•Conduct end user installation, configuration and demonstrations for HCS customers.
•Establish strong HCS product value in the market with easy to use, reliable and accurate results.
