\[Carrying out the day-to-day duties of Mall Management administration in order to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the selected mall/shopping center/Plaza or Complex.
\[Consistently monitoring the performance of security guards, mall staff, appearance and conduct to ensure that it is to a professional standard at all times. Resolving minor issues as they occur, and referring to the Operations Manager - Property Management for more serious problems or issues as they arise.
\[Liaising with tenants/shops within the mall/shopping center to ensure maximum quality and customer service.
\[To provide support to the retail tenants, initiating meetings and identifying issues that could impact on the operation of the Mall.
\[Initiate, implement, monitor and evaluate marketing campaigns.
