General
- Documenting the movement of each vehicle.
- Keeping updated records of all company’s vehicles in storage and with internal or external clients.
- Keeping records of vehicles purchases and rentals.
- Assigning any speeding tickets received to vehicle users and sending reports about it to the HR department if users are internal and to Financial department if it’s external clients.
Maintenance and Repairs
- Schedule fleet maintenance and repairs in coordination with the maintenance team.
Insurance
- Issuing Insurance certificates needed to issue registration for motorcycles.
The Fleet Administrator must ensure that insurance is in order for each vehicle and the proper forms are filled out prior to dispatch.
