· Observe users’ interactions online and collect users feedback, Ensure feedback is reflected in portal content plan and publishing schedule.
· Welcome new users and provide guidance on the portal key features and content areas.
· Support all social media related activities and ensure portal integration communicate new features to the community and any changes in the community guidelines and website terms of use.
· Actively monitor and moderate user’s comments daily following our moderation guideline.
· Build offline relationships with key and active members of the portal members.
· Escalate any incidents to the appropriate channels and follow online reputation and incident management.
· Enhance and update web pages, monitor and report key portal metrics.
· Work closely with team for any change requests and to build new features to the website platform.
· Actively promote the portal internally and externally.
· Manage and enhance website infrastructure to offer the community members best possible user experience.
· Measure, analyze and report develop medium term plans for special projects; manage medium sized projects pertaining to areas such as process improvements, quality etc.
· Conduct website audits functionality and accuracy wise.
· Plan and oversee company’s digital marketing initiatives and activities, including social media and website management in English and Arabic.
· Execute digital marketing plans and campaigns to ensure profit growth Research, analyze and monitor competitor, financial, technological, and demographic factors so that market opportunities maybe capitalized on recommend strategies.
· Coordinate with outside agencies and partners to execute campaigns and prepare regular reports to showcase digital marketing campaign results.
