Manage and supervise a team of technical staff and provide day to day FM technical support and Project Support works including Kitchen Equipment Maintenance required in the Projects. Manage brand maintenance issues related to facility/equipment upkeep in a timely manner by managing in-house field staff work schedules, contracted service providers, coordinating for FM shared services, and thereby supporting OPS by ensuring minimal downtime in facilities.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all maintenance/technical issues related to the respective brand and overall direction of field team
Responsible for providing technical support to Property-projects or Events
Responsible for implementing FM-projects
Responsible for managing day to day operation of respective service categories
