Senior Manager, After Sales IT Solutions conducts process analysis and advices best IT Business Applications for smooth operations of ASG Aftersales departments and act as an integration point with the Business. The responsibilities includes:
Strategic:
1. Prepare annual plans and budgets to meet the BU/Department’s strategic objectives.
2. Monitor implementation of the annual plans and measure achievements of results against budgets and objectives and take corrective measures as appropriate.
3. Recommend annual strategy in areas of IT Business Solutions to best fit within the Group. Cost effectiveness and practical solution is the aim of the strategy.
Operational:
1. Seek ways to apply technology to business processes, with specialization in core module of MM, FICO and SD.
2. Monitor ICT project planning, resource and budget and overall project administration.
3. Research and provides information on technical trends.
4. Manage the quality guidelines of project deliverables.
5. Consult with program/project management to develop appropriate technical solutions.
6. Monitor the project timelines and detect any variances; Take corrective action as required to streamline the project schedules.
7. Contribute to information technology systems integration into the business by guiding employees on using technology in an efficient manner.
8. Conduct training presentations to the employees in order to enhance the technical knowhow and applications in the business.
9. Produce periodic reports on the status of implementation processes.
10. Periodic review of the technology and provide recommendations for system improvements.
11. Analyze the business technical requirements and recommend viable options, which best suit, the requirements and deliver optimized results.
12. Document the installation process and other project information, providing consulting help whenever needed.
13. Manage business crisis, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems.
14. Maintain up to date information on the latest technologies and knowledge of ABAP in addition to specialization on any one or more modules.
People Management:
1. Identify, set and agree on KPIs and objectives.
2. Prepare performance planning (PP), conduct performance appraisal (PA) and PP/PA interviews including employee development plans and counsel employees on career progression opportunities and approve training requests.
3. Recommend employee promotions, salary adjustments, disciplinary actions and approve vacation and overtime.
4. Identify staffing needs, participate in interviewing panels and take hiring decisions.
5. Maintain and promote staff motivation by addressing employee grievances promptly and escalating when necessary and enforcing fair and equitable compliance with Group policies and procedures.
6. Ensure increasing levels of employee satisfaction and improve the efficiency of manpower.
