The Role:
You will be part of a fast-paced recruitment environment and will be the first point of contact for Hiring Managers whilst responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and communicating with candidates. You will also work closely with a team of recruitment professionals, business stakeholders, and external suppliers to hire the best talent for Alshaya across a number of specialist, managerial and senior leadership roles in the most efficient and cost-effective way while providing an excellent candidate experience.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have:
Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Effective organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure.Previous user of job boards, social media, and other job platforms.A proactive, results-driven approach with an ability to work as a team.
