Job Responsibilities:
- To provide support around all areas of public relations/government relations
- Performs duties and responsibilities commensurate with the assigned functional area.
- Keep up-to-date data for all employee.
- Preparing all employee related application for GRO.
- Processes the employees Iqama, Work, Residence permit and Driver’s License.
- Processes staff Single and Multiple Exit and Re-entry visas.
- Processes visit and family visas.
- Processes the Chamber of Commerce document attestations.
- Obtains Police Report related to staff vehicular accident.
- Following up all traffic violation payment and clear it from company record.
- Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by Admin. Supervisor.
- Shall adhere to company policy, including procedures related to QMS and EMS.
- Shall perform other related jobs/ tasks as required.
