Assume the duties and managing of the major projects and in house projects and all engineering aspects of the company, planning, feasibility study and cost optimization of potential projects to minimize the factory operation cost.
Manage to execute all projects and modifications in order to optimize technical cost.
Finding protentional contractors locally and internationally to perform the projects and engineering topics.
Day to day office works and supervise the engineers and other staff in the department.
List all inhouse projects and major projects for development of the company.
Perform feasibility study for inhouse and major projects.
Prepare technical and commercial contract for each individual projects.
Negotiate technical/ commercial contracts till finalization for all projects.
Execute and manage all approved projects .
Reporting and monitoring of all project progress and payments to contractors.
Communicate/follow-up with relevant departments to ensure that all departments requirements are responded.
Handles all the billing preparation submitted by the contractors.
Maintain databases and filing systems.
File and update requirement of employees under the department.
Other office work instructed by immediate superior.
