We are looking to hire a hard working and efficient commis chef for our company.
His responsibilities include
- Preparing cooking and presenting the dishes as per the company standard recipes.
- Take care of daily food preparations and duties assigned through superiors to meet the standard and quality set by the company
- Accurately Measuring meal ingredients for the superior chef.
- Check periodical expiry dates and proper storage of food items in the section
- Knowledge of Hygiene ,safety measures and correct usage of equipment and utensils.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between colleagues.
