Taiba Hospital is the first private hospital in Kuwait to be accredited by MOH, UNICEF and WHO as a Baby-Friendly Hospital. As such, we are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join the People Division.
As a Recruiter within the People Division with Taiba Hospital your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Developing a talent pipeline through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals; undertake direct sourcing and information gathering including cold calling and internet searches
- Generate and submit job postings on job boards and internal and external websites; Clarify the requirements for recruitment and channel these into the selection and recruitment process
- Provide assistance to recruited candidates in all On-Boarding processes; track related performance assessments for candidates until employment confirmation; actively track missing documentation necessary for induction and follow up until received/completed; ensure that all inductees have been provided with a welcome kit and advise the respective division about the new joining staff; Obtain signed JDs of newly inducted staff.
- Ensure records of employment files are kept up to date for all staff in line with latest guidelines; maintain personnel files for all staff and ensure the database is kept up to date; provide accurate reports on personnel files when required.
