Managing 6-8 stores (Food & Beverages)
10 years retail and customer service management experience
Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
Works with outlet management to identify opportunities to increase sales, control costs and manage appropriate inventory
Monitors daily, weekly and quarterly sales in order to identify and implement development opportunities.
Assists Operations Manager in long term planning and budgeting
Controls labor costs and manage wastage to be under par
Includes staff in short- and long-term plans in order to meet future goals
Ensures that outlet managers are developing their own staff according to operational needs/standards
