Role Profile:
Responsible for the supervision of a team and/or function within ones own area of expertise and to achieve company objectives.
The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:
Prioritise workload and process information to meet deadlines whilst maintaining accurate files.Ensure adherence of all division/company, Local and Legal requirements.Manage a team including workload, motivation, training and appraisals.Process documentations in a timely manner and communicate progress to relevant parties and Line Manager.Develop efficient processes to meet company objectives.Develop internal and external relationships to benefit department and company.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven work experience in Payroll.Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors.Good knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law.Ability to handle confidential information.Proficient in English (Arabic is an advantage).BSc in Accounting.Familiarity with Oracle database or ERP.
